Antoun Sehnaoui
President
Antoun Sehnaoui became the Chairman of Compagnie Financière Richelieu in 2018. He is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Banque Richelieu France and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banque Richelieu Monaco. Antoun Sehnaoui is also involved in other sectors such as real estate, cinema, and media.

Georges Saghbini
Vice-President
Georges Saghbini is also a board member of Compagnie Financière Richelieu, the Chairman of the Board of Richelieu Gestion, and the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Banque Richelieu Monaco. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of SocGen Cyprus and Banque Richelieu GCC.

Jean-Denis Rathier
Representative on Compagnie Financière Richelieu's Board
Jean-Denis Rathier joined Compagnie Financière Richelieu in 2018 as the Compliance Officer. In 2023, he took on the role of Compliance and Risk Director. In June 2024, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, responsible for the Risk scope (including IT) and Compliance (including data protection). Before joining the Richelieu Group, Jean-Denis Rathier served as Compliance Director at LCL. He joined LCL in 1986 and held various managerial positions in commercial, human resources, and marketing functions.

Bernardo Sanchez Incera
Board Member
Bernardo Sanchez Incera is also Vice-Chairman of the Compagnie Financière Richelieu. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of COFACE and a Director of Boursorama, Edenred, and INSEAD. From 2010 to 2018, he served as Deputy General Director within the Société Générale Group, responsible for Retail Banking in France and internationally, as well as financial services and insurance. Previously, he held numerous executive positions with global groups, including Monoprix, Vivarte, LVMH, Inditex, Banco Jover in Spain, and Crédit Lyonnais in Belgium.

Jean-Marc Ribes
Chairman of the Executive Board
With almost 40 years' experience in the banking sector, Jean-Marc Ribes began his career in 1984 at Banco Popular Espagnol as a corporate and individual client officer. In 1986, he joined Union de Banques in Paris, where he was head of the Neuilly sur Seine branch, responsible for managing private and corporate client portfolios. He then joined Banque de Neuflize (ABN AMRO Group), where he was consecutively Network Director (1990-2003), then Chief Executive Officer of Banque NSM Entreprises (2003-2007). He then became a Member of the Executive Board of Banque Palatine (BPCE) and a Member of the Supervisory Board of Palatine Asset Management (2007-2014). He joined Banque Postale in 2014 as Head of Private Clients, Chairman of the Executive Board of Louvre Banque Privée (formerly BPE) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Louvre Banque Immobilier Conseil. On 3 January 2025, he joined Banque Richelieu France as Chairman of the Management Board.

Aurélie Tristant
Member of the Executive Board, Head of Private Clients Paris & Lyon
Aurélie Tristant, a graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Rouen (Neoma Business School), began her career in 1988 at Banque Vernes et Commerciale de Paris, which became Sanpaolo and then Palatine. She worked there for almost 30 years, holding various management positions, notably in Paris, New York and within the French network. She went on to manage several branches and regions. Appointed Head of Marketing, she joined the Executive Committee in 2011, before becoming Head of the Corporate market in 2013. In 2018, Aurélie joined the La Poste Group as a Member of the Executive Board of BPE, now Louvre Banque Privée, in charge of Development, a position she combined with that of Executive Chairman of Louvre Banque Privée Immobilier Conseil in 2019. She joined Banque Richelieu France as a Member of the Executive Board in March 2025. She heads the Private Banking division (Paris & Lyon).

Jacques-Aymon Lapluye
Member of the Executive Board, Head of Market Activities
Jacques-Aymon Lapluye holds a Master's Degree in Market Finance from ESG Paris, and began his career in 1999 with the private bank Fideuram Wargny as a sell-side financial Analyst in charge of the European pharmaceuticals sector, a position he held for 8 years. In 2007, he joined the Richelieu Group as Head of the Portfolio Analysis Department, then Private Banker Manager. He then took over responsibility for the Advisory Management & Structured Products Department, as well as Private Banking.

Sylvain Fondeur
Member of the Executive Board
With a Master's degree in Finance from Neoma Business School, Sylvain Fondeur has over 10 years' experience in audit and M&A. He began his career in 2007 in the asset management division of PwC Luxembourg and joined PwC France in 2010 as a Senior Manager in the Transaction Services department. Specialising in mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector, Sylvain joined Compagnie Financière Richelieu at its creation in 2018 as CFO and also became a Member of the Executive Board of Banque Richelieu France in 2019. He was appointed Chairman of the Executive Board of Banque Richelieu France in April 2023 and Chief Executive Officer of Compagnie Financière Richelieu in October 2024.
